The Knitting Club

The Knitting Club meets every Wednesday at Neuadd Goffa in Penparcau.

A number of items produced by the Knitting Club over the past few months have been sent to Bosnia and knitted blankets have been donated to St. Anne‘s church and Bodlondeb.

Young children from Llwyn yr Eos primary school have been learning new skills with the Knitting Club members. The children’s storybooks have been brought to life by the skill of the club members by turning the characters from the books into 3D soft toys. The toys will be used by the children in the school to enhance their reading activites.
